Deposit:
Full deposit for one night's lodging, 50% for two or more days.
Note: For all summer and holiday
weekends, full-house bookings, and dates in September and October there is a 2 or 3
night minimum stay requirement, a no-cancellation policy in place and payment will be
taken in full at the time of booking.
Payment:
We accept Cash, Traveler's Checks, MC, Visa, Discover and American Express
Cancellations:
14 day advance cancellation notice required, less a $30.00 handling fee. With less
notice we will refund only if we are able to re-book the room, less the handling fee.
Please note: Some holiday periods, fall foliage months, and other events may be
subject to a no-cancelation policy.

We serve a full New England breakfast with specialty breads, seasonal fresh
fruit, homemade granola, and your choice of eggs, waffles, pancakes, or French toast.

We are a smoke free bed and breakfast.

Children over 8 are welcome. Some exceptions can be made to accommodate guests
with younger children. Please call for details.
